The JawClamp is a rehabilitation device for people suffering from Trismus (limited opening of the mouth) or TMJ.  It is a hand operated clamp that provides passive stretching to the jaw connective tissues.
There are a number of causes for this condition, such as trauma, surgery, and stroke, but most often it is caused by radiation.
The limitation in the ability to open the mouth can have serious health implications and therefore necessary for patients to undertake exercises to stretch the jaw muscles in order to regain a wider range of motion.

Passive motion exercises, applied several times per day has been shown to be an effective way to treat Trismus or lockjaw.

7-DAY CHALLENGE: We stand behind our product. If you don't achieve a minimum stretch of 1.0 mm within 7 days, simply   return the JawClamp for a full refund.

Do not use the JawClamp if:

  • You have or may have a fracture in the maxilla or mandible (upper or lower jaw) or other weaknesses of the bones of the jaw.
